The patch is woven from polyester and can be produced in a custom shape measuring up to 100mm x 100mm. Artwork may use up to eight colours, with overlocked edges completing the perimeter. It is designed for sew-on application only, so it does not include an adhesive or iron-on backing. Patches are supplied loose packed for addition to uniforms, souvenirs, event merchandise or other textile items.
