Send us the full list of products you want to include. Once the size and shape of those items are known, DMA can help identify a suitable option from the available packaging range. Packaging suitability must be confirmed for the complete pack.

Customised gift boxes are packed with crumpled craft paper. Other filler materials are not currently promised as part of this service.

Yes, selected gift or message cards from the available range can be logo-branded and included. This does not extend to arbitrary customer-supplied letters, instruction sheets or other outside inserts.

Customer-supplied and third-party products cannot currently be included in pack assembly coordinated through DMA. Pack contents must come from the eligible merchandise range and be ordered together.

A per-pack kitting charge applies and varies partly according to the size of the selected box or bag. Products, branding, packaging and delivery requirements are reviewed for the job-specific quote.

There is no separate minimum stated for the kitting service itself. However, every product included in the pack may have its own minimum order quantity, so the complete selection needs to work at a compatible quantity.

No. All components for the pack must be ordered together. Branding approvals should also be completed promptly because one delayed product or approval can hold up assembly of the entire pack.

Changes to the pack contents or branding cannot be accepted once production has started. Check the full product list, branding and packaging carefully before final approval.

Allow for the longest current branding lead time among the selected products, followed by two additional working days for kitting. Timing can vary, so DMA must confirm the current schedule for the complete job before you plan around a delivery date.

Restrictions can depend on where the packs are going. Packs delivered to Australia cannot include power banks, hand sanitiser or sunscreen. Tell us the intended destination early so the proposed contents can be checked before quoting.

Direct and split delivery may be arranged, but availability is not automatic. The destinations, pack quantities and delivery requirements must be reviewed and confirmed for the specific job before production.
